Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan

Change your Karmo plan, switch to annual billing, or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing.

Karmo offers three plans: Free (up to 5 members, 2 projects), Pro (unlimited members and projects, time tracking, client portals), and Enterprise (SSO, audit logs, SLA).

Change your plan

Go to Settings → Billing

Click your workspace name, then Settings → Billing. You'll see your current plan, usage, and next invoice date.

Upgrade

Click Upgrade, select a plan, and enter payment details. Your new plan activates immediately. You're charged prorated for the current billing period.

Downgrade or cancel

Click Change plan to downgrade. To cancel, scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click Cancel subscription. Your data is retained for 30 days.

Annual billing: Pay annually and save 20%. Switch at any time from the Billing page.
