Karmo's AI triage reads incoming work items and automatically suggests priority, category labels, and assignee based on your team's historical patterns. You review suggestions before they're applied.
Privacy: AI triage runs inside your workspace. Work item content is not used to train any shared model.
Enable AI triage

Go to Project settings → AI
Toggle Automated triage on. Choose which fields you want AI to suggest (priority, labels, assignee).

Review suggestions in the Triage queue
New items appear in the Triage queue with AI suggestions highlighted. Approve, edit, or dismiss each suggestion. Approvals improve future suggestions.
