Member roles

Karmo has three workspace roles: Admin (full access including billing), Member (can create and edit projects), and Guest (view-only unless explicitly added to a project).
Invite by email

Open Settings → Members
Click your workspace name in the sidebar, then select Settings. Choose the Members tab.

Enter email addresses
Type or paste one or more email addresses separated by commas. Select the role for each invitee.

Send invites
Click Invite. Recipients receive an email with a join link that expires in 7 days. Resend from the Pending tab if needed.
SSO users: If your workspace uses Google or Microsoft SSO, new members can join by signing in directly — no email invite required.
